Their manual monitoring process was slow, inconsistent, and covered only a fraction of their catalog. They needed real-time visibility into competitor pricing across their entire product range to optimize their pricing strategy.

We delivered a comprehensive end-to-end automation suite consisting of two purpose-built systems and supporting components:
We developed a scalable and responsive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) leveraging modern technologies to meet all the client’s HR operational requirements.
The frontend was built using Angular, providing interactive dashboards and modular components tailored for HR teams, employees, and administrators.
The backend utilized .NET C# with RESTful APIs to securely handle business logic, validations, and user role management.

An organizational chart feature auto-generated visual representations of the company hierarchy based on roles and reporting structures.
The system integrated seamlessly with biometric attendance hardware to ingest real-time attendance data, while supporting exceptions and audit trails for accuracy and compliance.
