Time logging was done manually, which not only introduced inconsistencies and errors but also failed to capture periods of inactivity. Additionally, there was no mechanism to correlate work time with specific task assignments in their existing task management platform. This resulted in limited visibility into individual and team productivity, making it difficult to assess performance or optimize operations effectively.
